2. Careerbuilder HHName Selector

Multiple HHName Templates

The Careerbuilder HHName_Selector option can be used if you've purchased multiple Brandbuilder templates at Careerbuilder, and all of those templates are associated with a single account. The addition of the HHName_Selector field gives users the ability select from the various template options on a per-post basis.

If you would like this setup, please submit a request to eQuest Support, attaching the completed 'board_templates.xls' spreadsheet (download below).  The Template Codes are HHName/Brandbuilder ID's assigned by Careerbuilder. The Template Name will be the label seen by the Users in the HHName_Selector picklist.

It's important to note that if you have more than one Careerbuilder account set up in eQuest, all accounts will see the same HHName_Selector picklist.  Currently there is not a way to create different HHName_Selector picklists for each Careerbuilder account.

Your Users will see this on the Careerbuilder Dynamic Mapping screen:

Single HHName Template

If you're using a single template per Careerbuilder account, simply enter the HHName code into this HHName field during Careerbuilder setup.

 Customer Account Code Override

This field can be used to override the CustAcctCode value for billing purposes.  Just insert a comma (no spaces) after the HHName value and the Customer Account Code immediately after.

ex.
HHname,CustAcctCode

This works for both HHName and HHName_Selector fields.
