After 5 failed attempts, the account will lock for 10 minutes.Every subsequent failed attempt locks the account for 10 minutes.
Check with your ATS to determine if the login information being passed to eQuest matches what is set up inside of eQuest for the account being used.
The username and password must match in both systems and is case sensitive.
If you forgot your user account password, please reset in your admin portal.
Please also reset the password in your ATS.
