A user cannot select one or more job board buttons on the eQuest Select Destinations page (Step 2).
- Job Board option locked — hover over lock icon or "Details" to see why the board has been locked. In most cases eQuest support and or the admin has locked the board due to board related issues.
- Inventory issue flag — hover over "Details" to see flag details. This flag means the optional inventory field in your eQuest admin portal have been populated and now sit at a zero balance. Please contact your system admin to refresh the field.
- Selectable — no issues, users can select the job board.
If none of these seem to apply, please have your admin file a ticket in our support portal.
