The MyCareer Template option can be used when a single MyCareer account has access to more than one template. The addition of the Template field provides users with the option of selecting from the various templates on a per post basis.
To have the Templates option added to your account, submit a request to eQuest Support, attaching the completed 'board_templates.xls' spreadsheet (download below).
It's important to note that if you have more than one MyCareer account set up in eQuest, all accounts
will see the same Template picklist. Currently there is not a way to
create different 'Template' picklists for each MyCareer account.

If you're using a single template per MyCareer account, eQuest Support will still need to add the field for you. However, rather than being an interactive picklist it will be an open text field. After the field has been added, you'll enter the Template code into this field during MyCareer setup.
