Special Requirements This pipelineID is supposed to be used to setup agency boards. The files would be emailed to the email addresses used at the board instance setup in eQuest admin. So there will be 1 board instance per agency board and there can be only one  'Primary Delivery Email' value.

Additional Delivery Emails open text NO This field should be used if there is more than 1 email address at the agency that should receive our files; if there are more additional emails please separate the values with a comma (,); files would be delivered  to the 'Primary Delivery Email' value and all the other email values added in this field
