In order to move a customer from the old JobCentrePlus platform to the new Universal Jobmatch platform (powered by Monster), the customer will need to log in to their Universal Jobmatch account and use the "Contact Us" option.
From here they should enter something like the following:
'I would like to request my FTP details and transfers to be set up so I can send my files via FTP'
The Service agent will then send out the details to the account holder and complete the work to the Universal Jobmatch side.
The reason this has to be done by the employer is so they/we do not break the Terms & Conditions of the site.
