When Board Specific Data is enabled for this board, users will be prompted to make selections for the following field(s):

1) Job Category (optional) - up to 4 selections
2) Subcategory (optional) - up to 4 selections

3) Display Contact Detail(optional)

4) Contact Telephone(optional). Only if Display Contact Detail is selected
